Problems Resolved

The following is a list of some of the examples of bowing problems that have found solutions.

Particleboard panels bowing due to unstable cooling conditions.
Stacks of boards waiting to be sanded, top and bottom boards rejected for bowing (With this one the solution was implemented and returned pay back within one week!)
Bowing LVL.
Very high density mdf bowing after pressing.
High density mdf panels bowing during storage in packs.
High density mdf bowing after sanding.
LPM laminating causing bowing, and undoing bowing!
Laminated bench tops.
Manufacturing panels with different overlays each side.
Thin high-density mdf flooring bowing at the end of the press line.
Particle board flooring bowing and/or expanding.
Thin particleboard used as a wall lining.
Asymmetrical sanding – tests for.
